Customer Data is not used by the Company to train artificial intelligence models. Information transmitted to third-party AI providers is used solely for generating real-time responses and is subject to those providers' data handling policies.

Customer Data and associated account information are retained while an account is active.

After cancellation or termination of an account, Customer Data may be retained for up to 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
