Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of the software platform and related services (the "Service") provided by SDDL Solutions, LLC ("Company").

Users of the Service must not misuse or interfere with the platform.

Violation of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.

1. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in activities that interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service.

Prohibited activities include:

  • reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access source code
  • exploiting or attempting to exploit security vulnerabilities
  • attempting to bypass authentication or access controls
  • interfering with system performance or availability
  • conducting denial-of-service attacks or stress testing without authorization
  • scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of data without permission
  • accessing or attempting to access other users' data without authorization
  • uploading or distributing malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
  • attempting to probe, scan, or test system security without authorization

2. Automated Use

Users may not use automated systems or software to access or interact with the Service in a manner that:

  • places unreasonable load on system infrastructure
  • bypasses platform controls
  • extracts large volumes of data without authorization

3. Data Restrictions

The Service is intended for commercial data only.

Users must not upload or process:

  • classified information
  • ITAR-controlled technical data
  • export-controlled information
  • controlled unclassified information (CUI)

4. Intellectual Property Violations

Users may not upload or distribute content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate rights to any content uploaded to the Service.

5. Illegal Use

The Service may not be used for activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.

6. Artificial Intelligence Usage

Users may not use the Service to:

  • circumvent safeguards of artificial intelligence systems
  • generate harmful or malicious content
  • exploit or manipulate automated systems in ways that violate applicable laws or platform policies

7. Enforcement

Violation of this Policy may result in:

  • suspension of access to the Service
  • termination of accounts
  • investigation of suspected misuse

The Company reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action to protect the Service and its users.
